Summary

As a member of this team, you will be in the forefront of counter-sUAS (small unmanned aerial systems) technology.

Job Description

The Executive Administrator provides secretarial, managerial and personal support to the Engineering Executives. Expectations include schedule management, communication with and for, the Engineering Executives, clerical and administrative task management, and the implementation of personalized organizational systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & coordinate Engineering Executives calendar
  • Manage phone calls, emails and other communications systems
  • Facilitate communication as the POC between the Engineering Executives and others
  • Develop and organize systems to increase productivity
  • Retrieve, copy, format, transcribe, input, and edit text, data, and graphics
  • Read, research, and route correspondence; draft letters and documents, collect and analyze information, initiate telecommunications
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conference, teleconference, travel, events, etc.
  • Practice discretion and keep information confidential
  • Address, assign, track and complete clerical and administrative tasks
  • Collect and analyze information for reports
  • Assist with Engineering purchases for department as needed.
  • Prior experience as Executive Administrator and Executive Assistant is not required.
